To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest we recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check-in. Arriving late will unfortunately result in the loss of time towards your service.

Our front desk team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services and treatments. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to the team manager’s attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.


We love children but the spa is an adult oriented atmosphere. We ask that you monitor your children during your visit to help us provide a relaxing atmosphere for all of our clients.


To cancel, please call 24 hours in advance for a single service and 48 hours in advance for multiple services or spa packages. Call us at: 330-877-2473

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. 

We do not accept personal checks.

We require a card on file for new guests and for guests booking a package. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from a scheduled appointment will be charged $50.
No-shows, if booking a package, or a party require a 50% down payment.
