Arrival

To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest we recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check-in. Arriving late will unfortunately result in the loss of time towards your service.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Our front desk team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services and treatments. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to the team manager’s attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.

Children

We love children but the spa is an adult oriented atmosphere. We ask that you monitor your children during your visit to help us provide a relaxing atmosphere for all of our clients.

Cancellations

To cancel, please call 24 hours in advance for a single service and 48 hours in advance for multiple services or spa packages. Call us at: 330-877-2473

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. 

We do not accept personal checks.

We require a credit card for ALL bookings.
Cancelations within a 24-hour window or no-call no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). If booking a package or party, we require a 50% down payment.

Deposit Policy
– A deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to your final bill.
If any additional services are scheduled before or on the day of the event, the client understands that the price will reflect the changes added.

Cancelation Policy:

– 2 week Notice:
– We require at least 2 weeks’ notice to cancel or reschedule bridal party bookings. If you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to your rescheduled appointment.
– Less than 2 week Notice:
– Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 2 week notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy:
– If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a 50% charge of the total service cost will be applied.

Refund Policy:

1. Eligible Refunds:
– Deposits will be refunded if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the required notice period.
– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits:
– Deposits forfeited due to late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals:

1. Grace Period:
– We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you.

2. Extended Delays:
– If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Emergency Situations:

– We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.

Bride responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all individuals stated in the contract have their hair prepped no later than 24-48 hours before the event date. Proper hair prep includes clean and dry hair without any additional styling products.

Travel
A minimum of 4 guests per party or a minimum of $500 in scheduled services will be required for any travel outside the salon company.
For travel bookings, a 20% surcharge will be added to the listed price to cover the time and effort required for organizing, setting up and tearing down the necessary equipment for the event. Additionally, a 20% gratuity will be applied to the final service price after the surcharge.

A mileage fee includes $1.00 per mile and no further than 1 hour radius of Beginnings Salon and Day Spa. 1120 W. Maple St. Hartville, OH 44632.

Photography
Photos or videos may be taken for promotional and advertising purposes online and in printed material. Any professional photos and videos taken by photographers and videographers will be given full credit.

Agreement/ Jurisdiction
The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as “Client”, agree that Beginnings Salon and Day Spa shall provide services applied to the best of their abilities, in the manner described in this document. This is a binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties and physically attached to the original agreement. Client assumes responsibility for all collection of costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement of this contract be made.

Liability
Any allergies should be reported prior to application. The client agrees to release the artist and Beginnings Salon and Day Spa from liability for any complications due to allergic reactions.
